since No one in the fandom can do proper research and actually properly read the law without picking out parts just to have their argument seem correct, I’ve chosen to explain to you how the law behind Child porn (including shotacon, lolicon, and the like) is the most confusing law to understand/get around that the legality of content pertaining to such themes will always have a vague answer. im not passionate abt working on long written posts so this post will likely?? have been made and posted days later after i started it since i have other stuff i could focus on. (for the sake of it feel free to rb this regardless to spread info abt this topic)
I’ll be covering the topics of the law of childporn itself and what can pass through this law, why or why not what hydra drew was legal or not, and how the people who say “drawing isn’t illegal” are incorrect, how “all forms of childporn is illegal” is false (even if i dont advocate for cp myself), and how this all falls down into a morality argument in the end. was what hydra drew illegal/bad? yes and no. did it warrant death threats and trying to seek personal information? no. did anyone say anything that was correct? yes and no. the truth of it all: there is no definitive answer, but i am able to clarify things.
